Terms & Conditions

Your use of the UniTrain website is governed by the Terms & Conditions of Use set out below. Please read them carefully, they may change from time to time.


In these Conditions the following expressions shall have the following meanings: “The Company” means Unified Training Limited T/A UniTrain and where the context permits its assigns and/or sub-contractors. “UniTrain Standard Terms”, are the UniTrain’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Trade set out and updated from time to time on The Company website at The “Web Portal” UniTrain’s Internet- based course- booking system. “Client” is any person company or organisation given access to the Web Portal “Working Day” means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which banks in the City of London are generally open for business and excludes the days between Christmas day and New Years day. “User” is any person using the Web Portal via a login and password provided by the Client or The Company. “User Permissions” means the various access rights given by the Client to each user and/or such person’s authorisation status with regard to Web Portal access and the booking process. “Administrator” is a User with full permissions to the system and the ability to control other users’ permissions to the system. “Leaver” is a User who has left the Client’s employment.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

1.1 All information and materials (including designs, text, graphics and their selection and arrangement) are the copyright of The Company. No information or material may be copied, reproduced or downloaded without The Company’s express permission in writing.
1.2 All brand names, product names and/or service names used in The Company web site are trade marks, trade names, service marks or copyrights of their respective holders. Any use of any such brand name, product name and/or service name without the prior written consent of the relevant rights holder may constitute an infringement of that rights holder's rights and The Company gives no permission for the use of any such item in any way whatsoever.

2. Liability

2.1 Although The Company has taken reasonable steps to ensure that information contained on each its website is correct, it is possible the information may be incomplete, contain errors or be out of date. You should verify any information obtained from the The Company web site before acting upon it.
2.2 The Company cannot guarantee uninterrupted and/or reliable access to its web site and makes no guarantees whatsoever as to its operation, availability, functionality or otherwise.
2.4 Nothing on the The Company website shall be deemed to be an offer by The Company to provide any goods or services to you. A contract for the provision of such goods or services shall be formed only when you have placed an order, accepted The Company's terms and conditions of sale for the provision of such goods or services and The Company has confirmed its acceptance of your order in writing.
2.6 To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Company hereby disclaims any and all warranties, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise as to the accuracy of any information contained on its website and, accordingly, The Company shall have no liability (save in relation to death or injury arising through its negligence) for any loss or damage howsoever arising and of whatever nature incurred in the use of its web site or reliance on any information contained on it including, without limitation, any direct, indirect or consequential loss, loss of business, loss of goodwill or loss of profits.
2.8 The laws of England shall apply to these Terms of Use. Any dispute arising from these Terms of Use and/or The Company’s web site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. Notwithstanding the foregoing, should the website be accessed by anyone outside of the United Kingdom, it shall be that person's responsibility to ensure compliance with any locals laws to the extent that they do or may apply.

3. Use of Web Portal

3.1 The Company will provide initial training on the use of the Web Portal as it deems appropriate.
3.2 The Company will set up the Web Portal, and assign access rights as agreed with the Client.
3.3 The Company will provide a helpdesk facility between 09:00 and 17:30 during each Working Day.
3.4 The Company uses its best endeavours to keep the Web Portal up and running. However, it reserves the right to take the site down for routine maintenance and accepts no responsibility or liability of any sort for downtime, whether caused by faults or routine maintenance.
3.5 The Company reserves the right at its sole discretion and without such liability or responsibility to withdraw access to the Web Portal to any client or particular User.

4. Clients Obligations & Responsibilities

4.1 To control, and be solely responsible for, the issue and administration of its User logins and passwords and the use of the Web Portal by Administrators and/or Users.
4.2 To have full responsibility for all aspects of security for the Administrators and Users login details and passwords, including, but not restricted to, disabling Leavers.
4.3 The Client warrants that all those booking courses through the Web Portal are authorised by it for that purpose.
4.4 Except in the case of fraud, the Client’s responsibilities above apply where The Company’s staff uses the Web Portal on the Client’s behalf.
